Dr. Anowarul Bashar, PEng
From working at the prestigious Corporation Dockyard to opening his own business in 2001, Dr. Bashar has represented Naval Architecture and Marine/Offshore/Oil and Gas/Structural Engineering Clients large and small for nearly 20 years. He made headlines in 2007 when he started serving the “IRS” as Authorized Signatories for Statutory Certificates of Class Vessels. Practicing since obtaining the Licensed Professional Engineer from PEO, Ontario, Dr. Bashar has hands-on experience with highest professionalism in the domain of modern technology based diversified industries. Staying ahead of the effectiveness of SOLAS, MARPOLS’s and IACS Class Rules is the Style and Norms and Practice of the Optimum NAOE.
